Ms Bhaavika provides an outlook to my thoughts that I do not consider. This fresh perspective allows me to rewire my thinking patterns and engage in more fruitful, positive mindsets when it comes to my self-perspective.
My biggest challenge, that I have identified with the help of Ms Bhaavika, is my lack of self worth. This poses an impossible challenge as it appears as a paradox: how can one attain self worth if they don’t have any in the first place? However, the strategies that Ms Bhaavika employed with me are simple, yet effective. Ever since attending her sessions, I have begun to view myself differently.
My experience with trauma was something I wasn’t cognisant of, but she helped me air it out without it feeling heavy. On the contrary, after expressing it I felt lighter - as if a burden had been lifted off my chest.
I am never uncomfortable around her. She creates a space of absolute security. I never feel judged, and I am more empowered to speak my mind and opinions around her. This has translated into my life, as I am no longer fearful to express mymind as I once was
When I first started with the sessions I had a very foggy mindset with various problems that seemed to overwhelm me. A recent knot that she helped me untie was one consisting of letting go of a toxic cycle pertaining to someone really important to me. The sessions have helped put things into perspective for me and make sense of my already self aware nature. I like having control of my own healing process and having someone to watch over it with the right guidance and advice. Someone that actually cares whether you're getting better or not. The style of counseling really works for me and it feels rather natural.
Getting into counselling with meagre expectations I was delighted to find such an understanding psychologist..bhaavikas overall will to listen and understand her patients while simultaneously suggesting me with techniques to combat them has really put me at ease..moreover being of a similiar age group as me I find myself being more open to her about my thoughts without the fear of being judged..whenever I find myself stuck on a thought or situation that overwhelms me she always asks open ended questions forcing me to see the same with a different perspective. Overall I have had a very positive experience with her and plan to continue in the near future as well.
I was going through major anxiety issues, depression like symptoms, though I was on medication on my doctor's advice still I was not able to get out of that zone, then my doctor suggested me therapy and on his recommendation I got to know Bhavika ma'am, from the first session she was very patient and friendly, she tried to make me feel comfortable so that I can share my problems with her without any hesitations, she suggested me some techniques to fight my anxious thoughts and depressions which were really helpful, since then it's been three weeks we are continuing the therapy sessions , and I must say I can see my progress really well, my sessions are still not finished yet so looking forward to upcoming sessions. Both her and the nurse said she looks forward to your visit. And is excited about it. She definitely does better with activities than talking.
Dr bhavika has been extremely helpful during all my sessions, she was able to help me think clearly. And she has always been motivating me and helped me sort out my priorities. The over all experience has been good.
